The TTCMM
is a Temperature and Timer Controlled Misting Module Controller.
Specifically designed for use in mobile poultry caravans/tractors or fixed shed 12 Volt DC misting systems.
The TTCMM
has a built in temperature sensor mounted on top of the control module and also incorporates a Delay ON & OFF Timer, this timer helps minimise the amount of water being used.
How it works:
Once the desired Temperature Set Point has been reached the Misting Pump will start and run through the Timed Misting Pump ON Cycle of 3 Minutes then switch OFF the Pump for 12 Minutes.
This timed ON/OFF Cycle continues as long as the Temperature sensed is above the Set Point.
The timing cycling minimises the amount of water being used while still providing a very efficient cooling effect via the mist.
What else will I need:
- 12 Volt DC Diaphragm Pump – Recommended VEVOR type FL-30
- A Misting Kit- There are a variety of misting kits available from Hardware Stores:
Holman and Nylex brand misting kits have both been tested by FarmTronics and are ideally suited for use with our TTCMM Module.
